Job Description
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESULTS:
-Develop and maintain pool of candidates using different recruitment channels.
-Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews and schedule the suitable candidates.
-Meet walk in candidates assess their resumes and conduct first round of interviews.
-Schedule interviews, by ensuring that enough pool is available for next batch.
-Providing assistance to recruitment specialist in other recruitment activities such as Job Fairs recruitment drives.
-Ensuring recruitment dashboard is timely updated.
-Providing assistance to HR ops team when required.
-Ensuring timely collection of documents from all new hires
Qualifications/ Experience/ Capabilities
- Minimum level of Education for this job: Graduation
Desired level of Education for this job: BBA / BPA
- Minimum Experience required for this job: 0-2 year
Desired Experience required for this job: At least 6 months to a year
Must be flexible to work in 3pm to 12am shift
