Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong team working skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely
Demonstrated experience in developing and evaluating training programs.
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Ability to manage, motivate and develop people
Effective verbal communication.
